Bel’s Bamboo Kitchenware – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bel’s Bamboo Kitchenware. We want you to love our eco-friendly products, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at support@belbam.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect products received

For other exchange requests, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist based on stock availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used utensils

  • Used cutting boards

  • Custom or personalized orders
